Gratitude: The 8 Things I am Most Thankful for this Holiday Season
As my work week winds down and the holiday season with friends and family approaches, I find myself thinking about how lucky I am and all the things that I am grateful for. So, without further ado, I’d love to share them with you.
1. My Family
I feel blessed to have my parents living just around the corner and both in good health. My brother and sister-in-law have both helped me so much with my business sense. My family has always supported and encouraged me to follow my dreams.
2. Tyson
My beagle pup who greets me every day when I come home from work. He also gives me the best snuggles.
3. My Patients
Who have taught me so much over the last 8 years of practice and who teach me to be a better doctor every day.
4. My Job
I have the pleasure of teaching people about preventative medicine and empowering them to be proactive about their health.
5. My Husband
My wonderful and incredibly supportive husband, who is so patient with my crazy work schedule!
6. My Community and Local Farmers
We are so fortunate to live in a community with local and organic products within a 5-mile radius.
7. My Health
So thankful for beautiful runs around the lake, unlimited hikes right in our backyard and breathing clean fresh air.
8. You
My supporters and followers, I thank you for reading my blog, books and articles, and supporting my new venture as a speaker and educator for women’s health and wellness.
Wishing everyone peace, joy, happiness and health this holiday season!
