Homemade, Caffeine-Free Chai Tea
Earlier this week I gave you the low-down on caffeine's harmful effects, and suggested some coffee alternatives.
One of my favourite caffeinated beverages has got to be chai tea - especially an almond-milk chai latte. Unfortunately, the black tea in chai is pretty heavily caffeinated, and can affect my energy in a negative way.
Which is why I LOVE this recipe from Elana's Kitchen for a spicy, warming, caffeine-free chai.
Sip and enjoy!
